Client reports that show profit, not just ROAS
Clients ask one question: are the ads making money? AdMargins turns each client’s ad exports into estimated profit after their costs, with the break-even ROAS and what to pause, fix and scale, in a branded report you can send in minutes.
No card needed. Free calculators need no account at all.
Why monthly reporting takes so long
- ROAS doesn’t tell a client whether the ads made money, so every report needs a manual profit explanation.
- Numbers get copied between ad platforms and spreadsheets for every client, every month.
- Each platform claims the same sales, so the totals look better than the client’s real store sales.
How it works
- 1
Set up each client once
Add the brand and its costs: product cost, fees, shipping, refunds. Add several brands at once and copy costs from a similar client.
- 2
Import last month’s exports
Drop in CSV exports from Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. Column matches are remembered for next month.
- 3
Send the report
Estimated profit, break-even ROAS and next steps, in the client’s language and with your branding. Email it automatically each month, or let the client sign in to a read-only portal.

What the numbers are, and aren’t
AdMargins shows estimated campaign profit: what the ad platforms report, minus the costs you enter. It isn’t incremental profit (what the ads caused), and platforms can count the same order twice, so compare with your store’s own sales in the Store profit check. Every formula is on the methodology page.
The demo uses a fictional store with made-up numbers, clearly marked as sample data.
