AdMargins is operated by:

AdMargins calculates advertising profitability (for example profit, break-even CPA and ROAS) from the figures you enter or import, such as exports from Meta, Google Ads or TikTok, and the costs you provide. The formulas we use are published on How we calculate.

AdMargins is a tool for businesses. It is not intended for consumers buying for personal use.

Results are only as accurate as the data you enter and the figures the ad platforms report, which often differ from your own sales records. AdMargins does not give financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. You remain responsible for your advertising and business decisions.

The calculators are free and need no account. Your inputs stay in your browser (see the privacy policy).

While AdMargins is in early access, payments are not yet available and every plan’s features can be tried for free. Data you enter without an account is stored only in your browser: download a backup in Settings if you need to keep it. Features may change during early access.

When accounts are available, you must give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You’re responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time by writing to hello@admargins.com.

When payments are available, these rules apply:

• Plans are monthly subscriptions at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. The Starter plan is free for the first 3 months, then $10 per month.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
• Payments are handled by a payment provider acting as merchant of record; its checkout terms also apply to the purchase.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments for periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription; you can cancel before it does.

The data you enter or import belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide AdMargins to you. If you import data about your clients, you confirm you’re allowed to do so. We don’t sell your data.

Don’t misuse AdMargins: no attempts to break or overload the service, access other people’s data, or use it for anything unlawful.

The AdMargins software, design and content belong to us. You may use them to work with your own data and share reports you create with your clients; you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

We work to keep AdMargins available and correct, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important data.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop using AdMargins at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we stop offering AdMargins, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your data.

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we’ll tell account holders at least 30 days in advance by email.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator named above is established. Mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country are not affected.
