Privacy policy

The controller of personal data processed through admargins.com is:

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We use this only to run and secure the site (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes it under its data processing agreement, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Fonts are served from our own website; your browser doesn’t contact Google or other font services.

We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels, social media plugins or tracking cookies.

Everything you enter in the free calculators and in the app without an account (brands, imported ad data, costs, notes and settings) is stored only in your browser’s local storage on your device. It is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time in the app under Settings → Clear all data, or by clearing your browser’s site data.

Imported files (for example CSV exports from Meta, Google Ads or TikTok) are read in your browser and are not uploaded.

When you create a report link, the report’s figures are packed into the part of the link after the “#”. Browsers don’t send that part to any server, so we never receive the report. Anyone who has the link can open the report, so only share it with people who should see it.

When accounts are switched on and you create one, we process:

• your email address and a securely hashed password (or, if you sign in with Google, your name and email address from Google);
• the brands, imported ad data, costs, notes and settings you save to your account.

We use this to provide the service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Accounts and data are stored by Supabase, Inc. on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Sign-in and service emails are sent through an email delivery provider. These providers act on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We keep your account data until you delete your account or ask us to. Copies in backups are removed within 30 days after that.

Subscriptions will be sold through a payment provider that acts as merchant of record and handles VAT and sales tax. You enter your payment details on their checkout, not on our website; we don’t receive your card number. We’ll name the provider on this page before payments start.

If you import data about your clients’ advertising, you decide what to import and why. For data saved to an account, we process it on your behalf as a processor. A data processing agreement is available on request at hello@admargins.com.

Some providers (such as Cloudflare) are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum for UK data).

You can ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to hello@admargins.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the one in the country where you live or work (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

US residents: we don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can ask to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you using the email above.

We don’t set advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses your browser’s local storage to remember your calculator inputs, settings and (without an account) your data, and, once accounts are available, to keep you signed in. This storage is necessary for the features you use and never leaves your device except as described above. That’s why there’s no cookie banner.

AdMargins is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
